CHAMPIONSHIPS START HERE.
team trips
BUILDING TO BETTER.
Winning teams start in the locker room.
There must be a shared belief that each teammate is apart of something bigger than themselves.
Each team trip will incorporate individual as well as team growth activities that help each athlete reach thier fullest POTENTIAL.
Pictured above is our owner McKenna (at the bottom of the pile) winning the conference championship her freshman season.
That season the pipers would finish 3rd at NCAA Championships, breaking history. Twice.
What makes us different.
Meet Mary O’connor.
“I work with leaders and teams who want to be more effective, aligned, and purposeful. Twenty five years working with assessment, change and leadership development in corporations (in the business, not in a consulting role) means I understand what drives and undermines successful teams...”
“My approach is grounded in practical, effective, evidence-based tools, brought forward in an approachable, candid and engaging way.”
We take team bonding to the next level.
it starts with LEADERSHIP.
Starting in a competitive setting like the gym or weight room can sometimes confuse players to believing they are competing against each other, and not all working towards the same goal.
Starting with team activities in a new setting like the river can allow for unfiltered conversations of vulnerability.
Allowing players to understand their goals cannot be achieved individually and being your best for the person next to you is the true definition of a team.
game plan.
We are here to win.
Each trip can be specified to each request
we can incorporate however much or little of each activity.
Fish, float, and camp
Each itinerary is flexible and can be catered to each team’s preference. We can spend one to three nights on the river floating, learning to fly fish, and camping. Gathering around the fire this time is set aside to enjoying good food, and connecting as a group.
Hike
The hike will take place in Glacier National Park where teams can decide how long and difficult of a hike they would like to enjoy. This is a great way for teams to go through adversity and learn how to encourage each other together.
